Todd Doman

President

Todd Doman, P. Eng., has been the President of Northridge Developments since acquiring the company in 2015, and is also the President of the engineering division – Northtech Engineering Services, which Todd started on his own in 2010. Todd is a graduate of Saint Mary's University, receiving a Diploma in Engineering in 1999 before completing his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) in 2002. Todd began his engineering career right here in Corner Brook, as a Project Engineer with Atlantic Engineering Consultants Limited. He brings almost 15 years of engineering consulting and construction experience to the table, and has managed and administered hundreds of construction projects, ranging from small residential designs to large commercial buildings. Todd's knowledge and drive to succeed has proven to be his keys to success, and he welcomes all new professional challenges that come his way. When Todd isn't behind his desk, he enjoys spending time with his wife Marlo and two children Emma and Ava, but you may also spot him on the golf course or the ski hill.

Diana Langford

Diana Parsons

Business Manager

Diana began her position as Business Manager with Northridge Developments in 2015. She graduated from the College of the North Atlantic in 2005 with a diploma in Business Administration - Accounting. Prior to joining the team at Northridge, Diana worked as Accounting Manager with the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District. In 2015, she successfully obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University. Diana brings with her 10 years of experience and looks forward to growing with Northridge. She was born in Deer Lake, NL and moved to Corner Brook in 2009. Beyond the work day, she is spending quality time with her sons, Scott and Josh.

Steven Hynes

Project Manager

Steven Hynes has been a Project Manager with Northridge Developments since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University in 2006, and continued his education at the College of the North Atlantic, graduating with a Diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology in 2009. Before joining the team at Northridge, Steven had been working at Grenfell Campus in Corner Brook as a Project Coordinator. Steven brings almost 10 years of consulting and construction experience to his position, and has a wide variety of professional skills to assist in any construction project. He was born and raised in Corner Brook, and when he isn't at work, Steven enjoys being outdoors and playing a variety of sports.

Jinene Butt

Administrative Assistant

Jinene Butt joined the Northridge team in February 2017 as Administrative Assistant. She graduated from CCIT (Canadian Career Institute of Canada) in 2000 as Computer Application Specialist. Jinene has been an administrative assistant in various roles for the past 17 years. She loves being able to assist employees with anything that will make their jobs easier. Weather it’s booking a flight, hotel, scanning/sending/writing documents, getting information, ordering, or organizing, Jinene thoroughly enjoys it!
In her spare time, Jinene enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Rick, and her two children, Brady and Heidi. They especially love it out in Bonne Bay Pond where they fish, hunt, swim, boat, roast wieners and marshmallows over camp fires and just enjoy nature. It’s the little things that mean the most to Jinene.

Jordan Park

Superintendent

Jordan Park began his employment with Northridge Developments Ltd. in 2006. As Superintendent, Jordan has a vast array of responsibilities to keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently, while optimizing our labour force and equipment at each site. Jordan obtained his Journeyman Plumber from the College of the North Atlantic – Clarenville Campus in 2010. His combined education and experience is a vital asset to his role with the company. Jordan is from Cox's Cove, NL. When he isn't at work he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Bill Myles

Shop Foreman

Bill Myles has been an integral part of Northwest Plumbing and Heating since it opened its doors in 1999. While Bill plays an important role in the daily operations of Northridge Developments, he takes pride in being the face and voice of the residential division Northwest Plumbing and Heating. If you're looking for knowledgeable, reliable home service, Bill should be your first call! He has over 20 years experience working with plumbing and construction hardware in a retail setting, and has been helping customers with their plumbing and heating needs since our start.
