In 2013, Northridge Developments Ltd. partnered with Airtron Canada to replace the chiller in the penthouse on top of the 10 storey Sir Richard Squires Building in Corner Brook, NL. This project required extensive planning, with every detail from mobilization to de-mobilization required being on point. Safety was paramount as the equipment had to be hoisted to the roof with the largest crane available on the West Coast. Our team formed an action plan which was executed flawlessly. No project is too big!
